At Enjoy Travel Explore, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both guests and property owners, while offering flexibility for unexpected situations.
Standard Cancellation Policy
The following refund structure applies to all standard bookings unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:

Full Refund
Cancel 5 days or more before check-in: 100% refund of the booking amount (excluding any processing fees). -
Partial Refund – 50%
Cancel 2 to 4 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount. -
Partial Refund – 30%
Cancel on the same day of check-in (before the check-in time): 30% refund of the total booking amount. -
No Refund
Cancellations made after check-in time or for no-shows are non-refundable.
Exceptions: Full Refund
We understand that life happens. You may be eligible for a full refund (even after the standard cancellation period) in the event of:

A serious medical emergency affecting the guest or an immediate family member (documentation required)

COVID-19 travel restrictions or mandatory quarantine that prevents travel

Natural disasters, political unrest, or other major unforeseen events in the destination

Any major issue with the property upon arrival that prevents check-in or makes the stay impossible (verified by our team)
Please contact us as soon as possible with documentation, and we will review your case promptly.
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund:

Email us at refund@enjoytravelexplore.com with your booking reference number.

Let us know the reason for your cancellation.

Attach any required documentation for exception-based refunds.
We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing or bank fees (if any) may be non-refundable.

If your booking was made through a third-party platform (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), their cancellation policy may apply instead.
